Our menu is an exquisite collection of classic Sushi, but also this is the place where you can experiment the most creative combinations, defined as "unique" by the San Francisco Chronicle. Try the first use of foie gras that "really worked" with the Ultimate Roll, or the Honey Moon, Katsu's trademark signature combining Oysters with Uni and quail egg.
